The first sales person clearly had a cold or was sick (constant sniffing), sneezing, coughing, etc. I was not thrilled with touching merchandise after she had been handling them. I believe she went on break and another sales person took over the sale. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping us.

The new ipads weren't downloading very quickly. Not sure why they are necessary when the cash register works. Internet is very slow in the malls.

My sales lady was good, the other other associate was interfering too much and pushy.

There were 3 associates working in the store. One was waiting on a customer and the other 2 were chatting while I waited. I waited for a few minutes before the associate who was waiting on the customer pointed me out to the other 2 who took their time to come and assist me. The store did not have the bracelet I needed as I was trying to get a larger size of the one I really wanted. They said due to the big sale they just had they were low on merchandise.

I was not informed of the kit that was available to help clean my bracelet and that there was a tool to help open up the locket.

Sales associate maintained friendliness and kept her cool even though it was very busy in the store! ( Valentine’s Day shopping). I bought more than I expected!!

The store is small and hard to see items. Other customers who were younger were the priority.

I was not satisfied with the pricing of the items. I felt the sale that was being offered did not have a lot of choices. I felt the amount I had spent prior to they should have qualified me for some additional options. I also feel that more options for dogs should have been available.

I was looking for a classic pair of silver earrings (not studs), but your selection was rather limited. I was also disappointed that despite the promotional signage, what I selected was not on sale, and I ended up spending slightly more than what I wanted to.
