The store is small and it is hard to see the displays. I would have arranged all of the winter sale merchandise in a manner easier to see together.

My wife owns 3 pandora bracelets with numerous charms that I purchased for her. I like being able to go in to a pandora store and they have a database that lists the charms she had. They are all logged in seattle pandora database where our home base is. The Indianapolis pandora store was not able to add the recent charm purchase to the database.

I believe there's always room for improvement, but by not rating the experience "highly satisfied" doesn't mean that my experience wasn't pleasant. My experience was a pleasant and productive one. I was pretty happy.

When I asked for a specific charm (the one from the state), they didn’t know Pandora sell them. I had to search for them. And when I went to pay, she couldn’t find the code and spent several minutes searching and talking with the other employee.

we stood in store for atleast 25 minutes before being helped. and then waited for longer to get checked out by the manager. just a very slow visit.

Inventory was very depleted. Wait for assistance was much longer than it needed to be. Associate was very patient and kind.
