There wasn’t product to buy in the store. People was cutting the line. I couldn’t buy what I wanted for my wife first Mother’s Day.

I asked if my bracket could be clean they said the sink was broken. Then I asked if I could get a cloth to clean it since I didn’t receive one when I purchased and she said I had to pay for it .

I felt like the associate didn’t really have knowledge of Pandora items and my jewelry wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction at all.

I was not pleased with the appearance of the sales associate. Her nails were not clean and that was a turn off.

Customer service was not what I am used to. The sales associate seemed very uninterested with being there or helping me.

After receiving a bracelet for Christmas, I was so excited about picking out my first charm! Let’s just say I asked for 4 different charms and none were in stock! Finally picked the fox charm ( my husband calls me his Fox) After wearing the bracelet 2 days I looked and noticed it had come unclamped and my charm was gone!!! Not so excited about the gift anymore.....

The charms I needed were not available, which is fine because I can order them online. However, the attitude of the sales associate was not very inviting nor approachable. I requested a specific priced bracelet and the sales associate brought out more expensive bracelets. I did not find out the higher price until checking out and then we had to start the process all over again. The sales associate did not seem very thrilled to have to do that and that made me feel awkward and want to leave this store as soon as possible. This was my first time buying Pandora jewelry and this experience made me question going back to ever buy more.
