I was a bit disappointed this morning when I got the email that items I purchased yesterday went on sale 50% off. Makes me mad since I’m a Pandora card holder that I was not told. Called to make an adjustment to my account and staff unable to help me on the phone. I would think during these times your loyal customers should receive better service. I love Pandora and this has made me anger with this store. Will be going in tomorrow making another trip out to get my adjustment.😡

Phone in order associates knowledgeable about items wanted to purchase but...., never received receipt called 4 times 4 days in a row! Had return my daughter purchased additional items & didn’t receive receipt either !!

Poor selection. Limited selection. Employees not answering calls when you call the store. Lack of knowledge on products.

Sales clerk a bit rude. Bought a charm and when I got home realized it was actually up side down on display and clerk didn't even know or catch this.

I went to the Pandora store to get the Memorial day special you sent me - Free bangle bracelet with $100 purchase. This store was out of them. I had to ask them to call the other 2 stores near me, they were also out of the promo bangle bracelet. This was early Sunday and there still was another day and a half of the promotion. I asked if i could apply the $75 value to another bracelet which was $85, they looked at me blankly and then said no we cant do that. Why would you not empower your sales associates to give the repeat customer what they want - Trouble shoot??

My sister in law and I each made purchases. She purchased a ring, and I purchased a pendant. We got prices frim the associate that were both wrong, when our purchases were rung up.
