In my opinion i was horrible walking into to a store where there are 3 or more associates working and not even one telling me i we will be right with you. Maybe its because i was a wearing a suit and a tie but that does't matter i have the money to purchase anything in the store. I deserve as much respect as anybody else walking into the store. I stood there for over 15 minutes and no one said a word to me. I was very disappointed because i have purchased mqny times here before.

I felt I was rushed due to store closing hours and was asked to come back the following day. Then I asked about the clearance tray and was told they never had one which was a lie because I purchased drop it before. Then I was told there will be a clearance sale in the next couple of days and when I asked if I needed to call the other sales associate looked at me and said she didn’t know anything about a clearance sale

During our time in the Pandora store today, there was an advertisement on getting a free bracelet with a $150+ purchase, but we were told that the bracelet was not available. The sales associates were also not very friendly.

The sales associate was rude and was not customer oriented. She was “quick” with her answers. Had I not needed a graduation gift that day I would have left the store.

Entiendo el volumen de gente por el día de la madre, pero tenían publicidad por compras mayores a un monto te daban un brazalete gratis mi compra fue el sábado 7 y no me informaron que se habían acabado los brazaletes antes de pagar, cuando lo pedí la vendedora me dijo que ya no habían igual ya había pagado mi compra ya a ella no le importaba si lo ganaba o no . hoy domingo 8 pase por la tienda y estaban entregando brazaletes a las personas que compraban me parece muy injusto porq yo soy cliente frecuente cumplí con la promoción y no me dieron opción de recogerlo o comprar al otro dia para ganarlo yo pregunté q si para hoy habían y me respondieron que no y hoy ver que los estaban entregando me molesto bastante y si se acaban deben quitar la publicidad para no generar expectativas eso es publicidad engañosa.

i was charged for one item but it was not the item i purchased when i took it back she act like it was my fault and that i wore it i could not exchanged it for what she charged me for but she would exchanged it if i had bought the more expensive safety lock

Long wait followed up by associates that looked sloppy (with what they were wearing) not friendly at all. 30min wait to get in the store and the staff were not nice to customers. Very short communication with not much help.

I pads went dead and associates were freaking out. The door greeter was to worried about her nails and cell phone to answer questions.

I applied for the store card to get the Black Friday early access 30% off. Upon returning home I looked at my receipt and noticed I did not receive that discount. I’ve since tried calling the store and nobody will answer the phone. Hoping I’ll get a call back to get this resolved. It’s like a $40 difference, and I wouldn’t have applied if I wasn’t going to get that discount.

We bought a new charm and had the bracelet cleaned. Told to come back .5 hrs later. Bracelet was still dirty/dingy and I asked why? The said they were out of Dawn liquid. Not good! Upon leaving after my purchase and "cleaning", I was walking out of the store and I had to ask them for a little cloth bag. Pandora at the Fashion Mall in Indianapolis.
