I left my debit card by accident . The store associate went above and beyond to locate a phone number for me and actually Called me to advise I left my card I. Store ! I was so grateful !

I love pandora . I have 2 bracelets and now I’m looking for additional charms & a necklace

Showed a picture of what I was looking for. Sales associate found it. I was able to purchase and go on with my weekend

The staff in the store is always nice and helpful. They really know how to sell the jewelry. It was Valentine’s Day and they were under staffed but everyone kept cool through the long wait. The staff didn’t get upset at all. Kept a positive attitude the whole time.

My customer Service was fantastic with Suzette she is a Sales Representative.

Their girl helping me was so sweet i’m sad i can’t remember her name. She was relatable and personable, she even cleaned my bracelet for me. She was knowledgeable in what they had in stock and out, i’m so happy!

Raquel was very helpful. She explained what my purchase was worth. Told me how to take care of the baclet. Told me what would harm it.
