The salesperson were not friendly. I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned and it was done poorly. And I was not pleased.

We’re going into the store no one greeted us even after I greeted them. Additionally we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help us and we even had to ask them for help and they finally told us just a minute and then it took forever more time before anybody tried to come take care of us I didn’t seem like they cared at all or were in any kind of hurry we had to stay after the store was closing and we’re late for dinner

I ordered on line for pickup went to the store and the order was not available 4 hours after I ordered on line. Clerk indicates that they were having problems with the system. So I had to pay again for my order. So I have paid twice now for the order and yet to get a refund for my on line order.

1. no body in the store was wearing mask or social distance 2. I was planning buying rings and the sales assistant was very impatient and unfriendly, made me think she is a racist, or just don't care about that job. 3. The sales assistant did not pay attention to what I was asking and really made me uncomfortable 4. I will not return to Pandora at Keystone Fashion mall in Indianapolis, IN anymore due to their sales assistants' attitude.

I intended to Purchase a safety chain that was priced at $45.00. But when it went to be rung up, it Rang up as $65 and the sales associate was not willing to adjust the price.

No one acknowledged me too tell me too hold on. One sales associate was so rude and nasty too me all because I asked was anybody available too help me. If they would had said we will be with soon as we can then maybe I wouldn't said anything but that black tried too talk to me like I was a child and I don't go for that and she embarrassed me in front of other people. I am so ashamed.

The sales associate convinced me to purchase a bracelet that was not the correct size. Told me it was as is no returns or exchanging. That there were no more like it in the surrounding areas. The very next day went yo another Pandora Store and they exchanged the bracelet for the correct size no problem. I feel like the sales associate just wanted a sale :(

the only store in the mall with a line outside of the store - only 4 POS devices limited the ability to serve customers - even though I had called in my order, I still was forced to wait outside in line for pickup for an extended time

Minimal selection of ring sizes. Clerk took my info, said she had the ring I wanted at another store. Was going to locate it, call me to get payment, then have it shipped to my house for free. I was never contacted.
