Went to purchase a gift, I buy several Pandora pieces, I asked if the associate could look up & see if I had purchased a particular charm which she stated that I had not. I asked to see charms NOT touch them but SEE them & was told she could bring anytjing out of thge case due to Covid19, which okay, but if thats the case a customer should be able to see the merchandise clearly through the glass. I gathered my keys & told her thank you & left. Then looking through my own email I discovered that I had in fact purchased the charm i asked the associate to check & see if I had purchased. Just all around not a go experience, I stood outside the store while associates talked not ever looking up or paying attention for me to come in max capacity was 3 according to the sign. Unfortunately I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, & I'm looking for other charm bracket brands. I left that store & drove to another but it was temporarily closed according to the internet. Love your bracelet & charms but not your practices & staff.

I went into the local store to ask questions and to exchange some charms i received as a gift. The associate proceeded to tell me the clips would not work on the bracelet I had, so instead of asking what I wanted, she then almost pressured me into a more expensive bracelet, and the purchase of a additional charm. When i returned home, I was not happy with my new bracelet and will be returning it today!!

First, they were out of the mothers day MOM charm. You should have plenty of stock on an item for a special day like that! Second, the store was incredibly HOT get the air conditioning fixed! we left much sooner because it was so hot in there.

Had the wrong code number of the charm on the back . Had to call another store and wait for the correct code in order to check out and purchase the merchandise . Sales Assiciate did not say Thank - You .

When I came in the associate was quite "cold". I felt that I was being judged more as a potential shop lifter than good customer. I knew just what I wanted and asked for the 14 k gold rings. She went to the case and her associate followed. It felt very strange. She did not show any pleasantries until after I purchased the rings and spent over $800. In my 65 years I have never felt like I was an assumed thief. I doubt I'll go back.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. At first I thought maybe it’s was just a bad day but I went to this same store in December and just the other day and the customer service was unbelievable. No greeting no thank you no nothing. I have never in my life felt so disrespectful and disappointed at any store. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. I have put my experience on every social media platform and tagged every friend/family member I know.

I felt played and scammed! I got played out my merchandise in the timely manner! Then they lied about sending my gift card. I had to call and sit on hold 3 times. Over 20 minutes waiting each time before getting lied to again! Highly don’t recommend.

The clerk that was helping me was not familiar with anything I was asking her about I feel if you work there you should know your product that's why I mainly shop online

I received an email saying that I have buy two get one free and all I have to do is show it to an associate in store. Well I was not granted this even though I showed the email like stated and verified my account that I was a member. I called customer service about my experience and they told me it is only offered at participating locations but this was not stated on the email nor could they tell me what participating locations are offering this. Unacceptable to offer something and not honor it.
