The 1 person working, was a Hot Mess. Very Unprofessional!! I believe we were passed over because I was doing a exchange not a new sale. Phone was ignored or answered once again very Unprofessional. I will either do shopping on line or travel to find another location.

The interaction that I had with the sales rep was dry and very uninviting. So I bought the item and them returned it in within minutes. I returned it to the same store that I bought it from even though the receipt said that I got it from another store.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by the one person who was available who turned out to be a manager! I told her what I was looking for she barely wanted to have a conversation with me. She didn’t pull out trays so i can she the collections being that I was looking for multiple charms!!!!! overall worst experience ever

The sales associate Claire was not knowledgeable about the sale that was going on. She provided me with incorrect details and told me I did not qualify. When I was a club member and received an email telling me I was eligible for promotion. I pulled email up and showed associate and she then proceeded to tell me since someone was with me they needed to have email as well although they wasn’t shopping. I’m very dissatisfied with my service.

I am unable to to write the entire complaint, it was over 1200 characters. I am extremely happy with the castleton location. And extremely unsatisfied with the keystone location and the racially motivated issues they have, I will no longer use Pandora to continue our family traditions.

The manger Jess and sales associate Paola were not helpful, not resourceful or knowledgeable. Paola was very dry and rude!

Broken bracelet outside the warranty period. Despite MANY purchases directly at this location we were merely told we had to call Pandora corporate if we wanted any satisfaction. They would do nothing. You’ve seen the last of us.
