The sales representative was kind, attentive and listened to what I wanted. She was able to make recommendations, which helped me to norrow down my purchase.

She is a nice person and patience too. Show us different charms until we found what we like. She waited until my sister calls me back for subjections. I appreciated her patience with us also she washed my bracelets and my earring.

The customer service was top tier. My sails associate, Destiny, helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my Pandora bracelet. I was in and out and highly satisfied with my purchase.

My service was A1. The sales rep Sadia was very knowledgeable of the brand of charms. She help me make last minute decisions in choosing 8 pieces. Her patience and willingness to help was beyond professional and beyond. I was extremely satisfied with Sadia because of how kind and polite she was. She listened to our ideas and wants. The way she spoke to us was really professional. She showed us many options of product also let us tried some on. I would love shopping with her again :) .
