The sales associate/manager was very patient with me. As I picked out charms she helped me create a story for both of my children. This was a special visit for me because I wanted my bracelet to look lively and have a story.

Once I walked in I was greeted the most polite way. Absolutely hands down the best service I have had in a Jewelry store! They are truly amazing and very efficient. The staff were very polite, helpful and also informative. I originally went because I did not understand why my bracelet constantly was getting tarnished. The young lady not only cleaned and brought my bracelet back to life but she than explained to me in full detail how to maintain it properly which made me want purchase even more charms. I was not only given the best advice on what to purchase but was also just amazed with the amazing attitude!
