The sales person Chelsea C was very helpful in helping me replace the bracelet and charms I lost by checking my email, my daughter's email and my son in laws email to look through to find and replace charms. She kept a great smile and very friendly. She's a beautiful young woman and has a beautiful heart and soul.

The sales representative Stephanie was extremely helpful to me during my visit. She was very patient with me & my dilemma and was able to solve the issue I initially had with the bracelet & charms I entered the store with. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to customers for her customer service skills.
