I would like to bring to your awareness of your employee at The Bay Plaza store in The Bronx by the name of Kristina. She took great care of me and the store while I was shopping. Kristina was multitat tge highest level when she heard a verbal dispute on the waitline outsto get in the store. She respectfully communicated thorwith me that she had to step away for a moment to take care of a situation where an woman was feeling threatened by a group of teenagers. Kristina went to make sure the woman was safe. I wanted to recognize her for her hard work and I hope you will too.
