I had an amazing sales associate named Sentara located at the bay plaza mall in BX NY. She was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and suggested the best care for all jewelry from Pandora. I will surely be back and looking for this young woman. Might I suggest more pendants for Dads, stepparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. I would love to buy more specific charms for the relatives mentioned. Great job Sentra!

This was my first time visiting a store. I did my research online so I knew what I would be purchasing once I got there , which was two clips. My only disappointment was the dream catcher design isn’t offered as a clip

The Sales Associate was so pleasant and Helpful, When I was putting together a Pandora Bracelet for My Girlfriends Mom. The Sales Associate didn’t rush me and was so patient with all my questions. I will definitely be returning to This Pandora Store again soon.
