The customer service that they give. I love visit the one in bay plaza mall the Natalie and Kimberly always give me the new merchandise and help to get want I want that why always go to see tn alway very friendly and happy and welcoming. I see friends and family to Kimberly and Natalie

The worker that attended me was professional courteous she knew exactly what I what I was looking for this why I will highly recommend going to the store

This visit was OK but the prior visit the lady was supposed to give us 6 items she only gave us 5 and I had to return to get my other item.we brought we brought buy two get one free two sets and she only gave us five items instead of six, so it was an inconvenience for us to have to go back to go pick up the missing item.

I purchased a pandora bracelet for my mom a year ago and it broke so I went to the pandora website and see if their warranty on this item and the website online said yes for two years when my mom went into the store since I don’t live in NYC anymore she told the representative my daughter brought this bracelet a year ago she check the website and it said I can bring it back to you guys because of the two year pandora warranty the representative said it’s only a year my mom said but loook it’s said two years on pandora website so the representative said one moment let me speak with my supervisor and she went told her supervisor what my mom has show her and the supervisor said yes give her a new one so my mom was so happy with her new bracelet thanks pandora for making my mom smile again♥️

The Sale associate Kimberly was friendly and very polite and knowledgeable of the product

The associate (Stephanie took her time with me and was very helpful in suggesting different merchandise which I actually bought.
