I walked into the Bay Plaza Mall - Pandora location in the Bronx, NY not intending to purchase anything, I just wanted to browse and ask questions. The Sales-person, Leah was so extremely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, extremely Professional, and extremely friendly, (she did not rush me at all- I told her I just wanted to ask a few questions) that's what caused me to purchase 3 pieces and Leach invited me to apply for your Preferred Card and I am now a happy "Preferred Pandora Card holder". I am very pleased with my purchase. My Sales-person, Leah was serendipitous and I will refer my friends, family, and associates to this store location in particular and instruct them to ask for Leah.
