The customer service was excellent. The employee was very helpful with assisting myself and my daughter with choosing the charms for her bracelet. She provided options and was very patient.

First it was one on one customer service. My sales person Chelsea was very friendly and had great suggestions once she told me what I was looking for (the evil eye charm, with the turquoise in the middle was no longer available. She knew immediately where to find the merchandise.
