Pandora have competent people that have knowledge on the products that they sell. It’s just sad that we have to wait so long on the line just to get inside the store but everything else is very satisfactory.

The associate was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions and shared all the options based on my request.

The salesperson Courtney was understanding of my return. Courtney was knowledgeable when assisting me with picking a charm and organized the current charms on my bracelet.
