The associates where very friendly and helpfull.

My history to this store was quite interesting due to the pandemic. There was a long line I had to wait at least 1 hour to even get in the store. Once in the store everything was smooth sailing, I had to exchange something . The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful!!!!

The experience was quick. Assistance was easy to come by. Knowledge of what i was looking for was well known. I didn’t have to wait in line for too long.

I was highly satisfied because the conversation with the sales person was amazing. We didn’t know what we were looking for but she helped us figure it out . I would go back anytime i loved it there .

This Pandora store (Baychester Mall) was very clean and safe, and the sales lady (Chelsea) was very kind and professional. I was looking for a special kind of charm and I found one (Enamel Panda Bear). This is the Pandora store I usually frequent. I just love the atmosphere here. I saw 4 more charms I will be adding to my bracelets. Keep up the great work.
