The store was clean, wasn’t crowded. The sales associate knew her product, very professional. She gave me a lot of options and ideas for my bracelet.

She seemed very knowledgable and willing to help figure out how i should place things on my bracelet.

I was very happy with my new Harry Potter pendant piece that I purchased today. The quality was lovely. I just wish it was a little more moderately priced like the prior pieces that had come out. Overall, I am still very happy with my purchase.
