I came in to purchase a few items, and explained I was having difficulty with my chain. I was given a new chain immediately and the service was excellent.

This was my first experience of purchasing a Pandora charm bracelet so I had limited knowledge. The first associate greeted me on line & assisted me in opening a credit line. He also gave me a glimpse into pieces and also made inquires into my likes. My wait was about 1 hour, but well worth it! Kimberly A, the associate that helped me design my bracelet was extremely personable, asking me about my life and values and from this she began to design the most gorgeous bracelet. She listened intently to my wishes and made lovely suggestions; helping me to make beautiful selections. I understood why the wait was 1 hour, because my Kimi spent a considerable amount of time assessing just the right piece for me. I just cannot say enough about Kimi, she had such a bubbly effervescent personality, highly knowledge of Pandora's line, professional yet humorous. She made my first experience a totally favorable experience!

I was very satisfied by the friendliness and professionalism of the two sales associates that helped me. Due to the Covid-19 there is limit amount of people who can enter the store. Once I got to the front of the line a gentlemen was the to greet me and help me in knowing what promotion was going on. The sales associate (Stephanie V.) was friendly/outgoing and very helpful with helping me to make my purchases.
