Audrey was amazing and the epitome of a sales associate. It was an absolute pleasure to be waited on with such professionalism. She was patient, understanding and accommodating. I own a clothing business and I consider my associates to be the best in the industry, but Audrey has shown me that there is room for them to improve. I walked away with the impression that she really enjoys and loves what she does. The mind blower was when she told me she was the assistant manager. I wish I could find someone who is just like her. She could literally take my business to the next level. I have shopped at Pandora for years now, but this was the best shopping experience I have ever had at Pandora. The problem I face now is that Audrey has spoiled me and when I return I do not want anyone else to take care of me :)

I am very pleased with the help I received from 2 wonderful ladies. When I completed the order form, Donna called me from Green Acres Mall for pickup. I explained to her I am at Bay Plaza Mall. She called Audrey at BP MALL.They worked together to get me the items I wanted within minutes. I truly appreciate their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I definitely will be looking for Audrey or Donna next time depending on which mall I'm shopping at.

The sales rep was very helpful, and knowledgeable of the merchandise i was seeking to purchase, as well as answered all my questions in an understandable, a very descriptive manner.

If you wanna get something from pandora you have to check which store is available m, then call the store and tell them and you meet them outside for pick up.

Due to current events pandora is closed but doing curbside. The young lady did face time with me so I can see the charms. That is new and she was nice.

Even though you cannot go inside the store and the staff meets you outside, it was great because there was no crowd
