Pandora Jewelry

This Pandora experience was my first. But it was cool and easy.

This was my first time ever visiting ANY Pandora store and I was overwhelmed and lost about everything. Sentara Made me feel calm and comfortable, she took the time to explained everything to me about all of the products I was interested in. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything we discussed. One of the items I wanted to buy was out of stock. Sentara wrote down all of the items I was interested in and I plan to return in a week or two to purchase it.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because once I walked in it was someone Available to help assist me right away. Kristina the worker was very polite and knowledgeable on how to help assist me with picking out the right bracelet perfect for me .

The store didn’t have what I wanted. Audrey#184664 found the item at another location and had it delivered to the Bay Plaza store and advised me when it got there.

Great experience coming into this pandora store i was approached by Dainea and she was very nice and informative i ended up spending more money than i expected to spend but i left happy. Thank you pandora bayplaza i will return

Next door wise clean spacious and the associate was very friendly I did not have to wait at all for someone to service me

I enjoy my biweekly visit to the store. Everyone is so friendly and the store is always clean. I just wish it would hold more for stock.
