I was able to exchange with no push back. Originally I had purchased the wrong bracelet size. Associate looked at my online order confirmation and brought out a new product right away.

The sales lady was helpful and informative and I also ordered online and receivec my merchandise quickly.

The associate was great help. Although not supposed to exchange merchandise I had previously bought that was on sale. She understood my concern about the item being too being for me and did the exchange to satisfy my concerns. very helpful young lady!
