I went in the store to purchase a safety chain. Before you knew it I was purchasing the chain a new bracelet two clips and a charm. One of the assistants exchanged a charm for me cause it seemed to be damaged. The sales person who helped me was not fully knowledgeable but someone was on hand to assist her when she was not sure.
