Kimberly assisted me with transaction. first of all, this was my initial visit to this store, and I called from my car to get directions from the parking lot. The individual who answered the phone happened to be Kimberly and she directed me to the store. When I reached the store and asked for assistance, Kimberly immediately knew my voice and said she would help me. She got me to the product I wanted very quickly and notified me I was eligible for the free bracelet. Kimberly is very efficient, personable and knowledgeable.
