Sale person Natalie was really helpful and polite helping me with the cleaning of my bracelet. I inquired about a necklaces I explained what I was looking for and she showed me. I tried it on and she suggested a pendant. she showed a few and I picked a pink heart . I loved it and purchase the two. Thank you ,Natalie you made my day .
