The Sales Associate Kimberly was right on point. I told her what my favorite color was, what I liked and she just started creating a bracelet for me along with the charms I had already purchased. I was not able to purchase everything but I did purchase most of them and will return at the end of the month for the rest. Kimberly was great.

Customer service was excellent!!! Natalie the store manager is the most wonderful person I have ever met. She is friendly and very informative. She makes you feel comfortable. I would come back to this location!!! She made me and my husband very happy 😊

I went to Bay Plaza to pick up my order and the Alicia,the associate who assisted me to process the order was so nice and very helpful.She explained to me how to take care of my pandora stuffs.I left the store happy because I got the good customer service that I want :)
