I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I almost felt no inconvenience or waiting time since there were so many hands-on jewelry that I could simply look at and explore. By the time I was done, the employee there had a sweet gesture for introducing to just what I needed as a gift for my family member, where the customer service was so quick and nice!

Courtney who helped us out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and just gave us an overall great experience. this was my first time, and my birthday, and I left very satisfied.
