As soon as I walked in the store my baby daughter and I were greeted with friendly faces. They were all very informative and showed me around until I got exactly what I was looking for. I walked in thinking I knew what bracelet and charm I wanted to find out about the engraving that completely blew me away! I’m so grateful and beyond happy with my memorable purchase! So warm, informative and friendly staff.

Great sales person very friendly (not that trained fake customer service friendly)very knowledgeable helped me realize a broken piece I had was under warranty when I questioned about purchasing another one, so I was able to get a free exchange which afford me to purchase another piece I wanted.

The sales rep was not helpful at all I asked about charms and rings and she told me no we don’t have none of that sweetie ms.maya I live sleep and eat pandora I have over 3000 dollars in pandora products but k I just left we need people that’s more about they job people that love what they doing
