Usually I get seen right away.

The charms that I wanted were available. The sales associate was very friendly. The sales associate put my charms on my bracelet for me and explained to me that she had to move some of the charms around.

Staff was friendly in just me going over there to receive a free cleaning of my bracelet. But i ended buying something there anyway. Person who tended to me was very friendly and smiled all the way through.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The store had so many variety that I was not sure which one I was going to picked from.

The sales associate was very patient, helpful and kept a smile on her face. She was very polite, even suggested some things. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

Clean store, was able to look around and see what I liked, customer service was nice felt valued.
