The sale rep Kimberly was super friend and knew just what I liked . All she did was just ask me some questions about myself and came up with the most beautiful add on to my bracelet not to mention a new bracelet because mine from being so old had gotten missed up. I spent a little penny but it was all worth it. I now am in love with my bracelet 🥰

Although I was the last customer to shop in pandora, I was really satisfied with their customer service. Plus since I love shopping at pandora & having a beautiful collection of my charms, jasmine introduced me the newest summer collection they officially have in stock. Even though she also haves a collection as well, she showed me one beautiful charm she have which was called, " Glittering Suns". And I also purchased the "Wavy dark Blue" charm as well. I simply adore both of them since they really brighten up so much. Can't wait to see more beautiful charms for the upcoming seasons.

I love the rings so much

I visit the new renovated store in the Bronx Bay Plaza Mall. I was able to browse around and enjoy all the great view and the new bracelets and charms. The sales associate that helped me was Stephanie and she was fantastic.
