The worker was very high spirited and she gave me lots of different things to look at when she heard what I wanted.

The sales associate that help me was on point and on target between her energy and knowledge on the charm I was looking for was impeccable. So many selections and promoting that she explain

The salesperson was very nice and apologized for any wait time which was only 2-3 minutes (no apologies needed) packed my gifts very nicely as well

The salesperson was extremely helpful they have a variety merchandise

First of all I already knew what I wanted so I told the pandora employee what I wanted and she brought it out within seconds! Her attitude was very positive and beautiful. Being that we’re at risk to catch COVID-19 I waited in line to get in to the store because they had no more than 5 people in the store..also I Waited no more than 5 minutes! It was so fast! I loved my experience and would come back soon!

The costumer service was amazing, everything was calm . The process wasn’t rushed , I love how she explained to me and let me take my time on deciding what I wanted . She was very nice and communicated very well and made me laugh a lot 😂.

There were not enough sales people in the Bay Plaza Mall store the week before Mother's Day. I waited in the line for an hour. One person (could have been the manager) was literally doing nothing while the 3 salesperson was assisting customers.

The sales representative was awesome. I described what I was looking for and she already knew what I wanted. She even help my son who is 10 years old find a charm for his pandora leather rope bracelet. I love the great experience when I go into Pandora store at bayplaza.

We went to the Bay Plaza store on Saturday to have a necklace cleaned. The girl was wonderful so we went back on Monday and had the pleasure of having the manager assist. She was a delight. She knew her stock and helped me with all my purchases. We were completely satisfied.
