The staff was very helpful. The waiting time was very short. The stuff was nice and the girl who helped me was very friendly and very very good.

Upon my return the next day I was given the opportunity to have amazing young lady assist me in my return but also with a new purchase. As she clean, suggested and reorganized my bracelet to look great. She was truly amazing and pleasant.

I love the quality of the merchandise. I am obsessed with the charms for the bracelet I revived as a mothers day gift. The employees make sure my jewelry is cleaned and even arrange the charms on my bracelet for the best visual presentation.

Eunice, the sales associate who assisted me was very patient even though I was indecisive with my shopping. She kept it professional and helped ease my anxiety. She helped me come to a decision that best suited me.

The Associated was very knowledgeable and kind about my purchase.

Worker helped with all my needs in getting a bracelet. Worker also answered all my questions. She showed me other items that I am going to purchase at a later date.

Pandora gives you up to a year to return your jewelry whether it is all new or broken and that's what I love about this store thanks Pandora can congratulations on your coming year

Yahiva was the reason why my experience was so exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about prices she was available to help she approached me right away. She was very very patient helped me to select the right thing that would complement my bracelets. Her customer service was excellent. I have had a bad experience in the store and because of that store I stopped shopping in Pandora in person and I started buying stuff only online ..,most Pandora stores are terrible and the sales associates are awful but Yahiva is exceptional and she made my experience so good that I will come back only to her and only to that store. Most stores in Bay Plaza give you terrible customer service most people are not patient and on Pandora they want you to just have the book and know what you want already they’re not willing to indulge you because you are spending a lot of money so you do want to make sure that you’re making a good choice .she was just really kind and she just made my experience so good that I will only come to her . If Yahiva ever quits I will not return to your store.

The sales associate was friendly and professional. The store didn't have the earrings that I saw online but she directed me to another pair that I was satisfied with.
