I shop at this store in Bay Plaza always. I don’t when there’s a very long line. I also shop for others or myself whenever there’s a need too.

I love going to this particular store they are very friendly and helpful i always get great service and find what i am looking for

I was greeted very courteous as I enter the store A sales rep was ready to take my questions about what I looking for It was my first time in the store and I was extremely satisfied with the process

I liked how the sales associate was kind and friendly with my daughter and I. She was very patient trying on different charms for my daughter’s first bracelet. The experience was very pleasant as this was our first time purchasing from Pandora.

I always find what I am looking for and more in this store at this location at the Mall in the Bronx. If you can't find it online, you may find the jewelry piece you are looking for here. The staff here are professional and nice. Kimi assisted me today. Kim goes out of her way to help. She gives you an idea how the jewelry pieces come together nicely depending on the customer taste. I will definitely be returning to this location.
