The saleswoman Kayla very helpful and friendly. We liked the area wad sanitized after each customer. I'm happy with our purchases.

The service was great along with the associate being very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The wait in line was not long at all. Felt very comfortable and paying for the merchandise.

The sales associate was friendly, attentive and very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for service and found what I was looking for quickly. I was also informed about new products that were out.

The employer took her time with showing me different kind of products.she helped me try on different charms.she also helped me make a decision on my product I purchased

The staff is good and they move at a good speed. There are times I don't know what I want so they help me build my bracelet. Kitty zz!

My experience was positive with the over store and the associate Krissy D who was very knowledgeable and professional. My only challenge is with the product it self. I have a beautiful Bracelet that was a gift to me for mothers day. I only wore it one time and it fell off my wrist while out in the community the product had a defect (it was easy to return since it was under warranty, thank goodness). Also it is very hard to close Clamp) the bracelet by myself. I have to enlist the assistance of someone to close the clamp (wow) and I did buy a safety clamp and it is still difficult to close the clamp, something so beautiful and expensive should not be so hard clamp alone. Please advise as to how I can clamp my beautiful bracelet by myself. Thank you
