Salesperson Natalie is very professional and customer friendly. I went to the store because my bangle doesn't stay closed. I had purchased it awhile ago. Natalie explained the bangle was no longer available, and it couldn't be repaired. She offered an alternative way to make sure I don't lose any of the charms, when the bangle lock opens. I'm very satisfied with the purchase I made to stabilize the charms.
