The manager was extremely friendly along with the other associates! I love this store so much.

I went into Pandora knowing what I was looking for. The lady that assisted me was so helpful. She even offered to clean the ring my daughter was wearing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Both ladies working during the time I came in (close to closing) were helpful and attentive. I gave my budget and they did not scoff nor try to start higher priced and work down. I had some issues in other brand stores earlier that day and ended up walking out without purchasing anything as I knew what I had in mind.

I went in looking for a ring for myself. The lady showed me a few options according to what I wanted and found the perfect ring for my pinky.

This was my sixth or seventh time to visit this store and the first time I was told they clean your bracelet for free. Also was told for first time some of the charms screw on your bracelet and not to force them like I was doing.

The sales rep was Awesome.. I Love my purschase. Service was fast.

I took my boys in to pick charms for their sisters new bangle. Your sales staff was very patient with the youngest one while he tried to find the one that was perfect for him to give to her and over the moon happy it had a puppy on it. She also was able to instantly find one that matched exactly what my oldest son was looking for in the charm he wanted to give her. In fact not only did it match their "I love you more then a galaxy" but it is beautiful (your galaxy charm).. I want to keep it for myself... but won't!
