I did not get the name of my sales clerk but she was patient and very personalable. Going back to see for my birthday purchase.

Sales clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions and concerns.

The don’t have all the charms

As a first time buyer I’d like to test out merchandise first prior to returning again soon. Assistance was beyond great, i was able to find the right piece of jewelry that fit my style.

The original ring that I wanted, they didn’t have in my size so I had to choose a different but similar one. I just wish the one I originally wanted was there because it was 100% my style where the one I ended up getting, I kind of settled for.

The online system was down. I traveled over 30 miles to pick up my order and was not able to pick it up. I have yet to get an email about my order, but the order has been paid.

Did not have a lot of variety when it came to two tone selection. Gold/silver.

Was requested to wait out side the store

I come from odessa to the midland store holiday hours said they opened at 11 and they didn't open for another hour and half so I was just standing around waiting with my elderly mother and 2 year old and they couldn't even answer the question about her warranty on one of her charns
