Monday I came into store to get Christmas gifts and get the free bracelet, I picked out four charms then was told sold out of the free bracelet, this is the second time I missed out on the bracelet. Wednesday I called about a Mickey bracelet was told they had one left and would save for me. I drove over to pickup bracelet and found out it was wrong size, someone had put the bracelet in wrong bag, i had to settle for a different mickey bracelet then I wanted.

The sales associate did not seem interested in providing anything more than what I asked for. If I hadn’t been looking for something specific I would have left the store with nothing

Ring was wrong size so I returned it. They need more sale associates working I was 2nd in line for assistance and their were others customers waiting after me. Thank God I knew what I wanted!!!

They are always out of the popular items. So ur not satisfied, because you can’t buy what you want. You very rarely get what you want!

I would have loved to have a few charms that were unavailable for me to purchase the day of shopping for my new bracelet

I knew that Pandora has an offer going on. The store didn't provide the "gift" after I spent $167.80.

There were 3 ladies one sales associate was attending me trying her best she asked 2 questions and the girl one of the girls came with her attitude and gave her a book and stop asking..she was to busy in her phone while the 3 key she said she was was very nice helping me and the associate..
