Once a year I visit Pandora as we return off vacation - I get my wife a charm for her bracelet - palm tree for Hawaii - turtle for Cancun - monkey George Costa Rica - would like to see charms that is worded HAWAII - COSTA RICA - CANCUN - etc

New to the store, always wanted a ring and a charm bracelet. Finally walked in and was greeted nicely and asked for help right away and it was great since I had never been there. She showed me all the rings and charms they had. Great customer service!
