There were 3 different bracelets that were out of stock. Those were on sale, so I could not receive the promotion price. A very similar bracelet was chosen, but no discount was given

Not really ok with having to wait outside the store with only three people inside. Also there was an offer for a free Bengal with a purchase 150 or more but they said they were out. They should take off signage if they will not be doing it.

It was complete chaos. There were not enough associates working for such a high peak weekend. We waited a while just to purchase what we needed. And once we got assistance and chose our jewelry it took some time just to pay! Nothing was disclosed about the warranty or any other info unless we asked. It’d would have been a better experience IF they had more employees and actually used the sign in sheet to help the customers. The lady who helped us was very helpful though. Just wanted to receive necessary info without having to ask.

I was offered in a email that if I was to buy over 150 dollars I would receive a bracelet was not offered and was not given one year promotion states that you will receive one if he did the purchase of 150 or more I am very disappointment

I spent over $300 and was not offered a compensation for a the lack of bracelets in stock for the promotion you had going on. I should have reviewed a 14k gold rose gold plated bracelet with my purchase and the store was out and I was not offered anything for the purchase. I was simple told sorry, we are out of stock. Pandora should offer a delay in shipment for this promotion, alternative product of equal value, or even a credit on a future purchase of the same amount.

Only reason i was not satisfied was because i had recently purchased a pair of earrings and one fell out of my ear and was lost so i went back to purchase the one earring and i was in able to because you have to purchase them in Pairs. these earrings are too expensive to be only sold in pairs when i only need a replacement of one .
