My boyfriend bought me the teardrop diamond ring. I was so in love with it. I put it on it was fine but them my finger started turning green. I thought maybe it was too tight but I started reading reviews on the ring and it seems y’all have this problem with the ring a lot. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. $100 just to turn my finger green.

Really bad customer service , it took me just 5 minutes to get what I want , paid and get out from the store , sales person was rude in my opinion. I had to ask her what I want like twice because she just took the sharm palette and put in on the counter. She had a bad attitude and was not into in what I need at all, I was planning to buy more items but her bad customer service jut made me want to get out of the store. Not a good experience.

It was not in the store but on line. I thought my bracelets were a much lower price and did not notice the price until I had purchased them. I tried to cancel the order but was not able to do so

went in to exchange 2 gift rings. I had called a few hour prior to make sure I could exchange them for different sizes. I specifically said all I have is the rings, the boxes & the bag. I get to the store & there was a lady on her phone & had an attitude when I walked in. Explained to her that I wanted to exchange the gifts for smaller sizes she says nothing looks behind her at the “manager” for the manager to then explain that I NEEDED a receipt to do even an exchange.the lady who purchased it is older so she couldn’t find the receipt. The “manager” then stated that they still need a phone number or email to do anything.After a few minutes it just so happens that she’s agreed to exchange them without the receipt.That “in the future” make sure to have the recipe because she won’t be it again.The lady that helped me-Lorena - was so rude, seemed like she didn’t want to be there didn’t care to make the customer happy didn’t even try & help me she just looked at the other lady for assistance as if she didn’t care if I did my exchange or not. I finally get my receipt and it CLEARLY STATES “ITEMS WITH NO RECEIPT WILL RECEIVE A GIFT CARD FOR THE LOWEST PRICE..” why make it so difficult?
