The employees were very friendly and directed me to what I was looking for. The line wasn’t long and the sales associate took her time to sanitize the earrings I bought and the bag.

Sales associate was absolutely great! We were in to purchase multiple charms for a retirement gift and she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable!

There are so many unique qualities about pandora, appearance, quality, and the employees who are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I was very please on how the sanitation of the store! Great job!

I felt that the sales associates cared about everyone’s health and were very helpful. The woman that helped me pick out my purchase was very kind and understanding. Her main focus was me. She took the time to listen and gave me recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed. She found me exactly what I was looking for. I had never been there before so I truly appreciated all the help I got with selecting my Mother’s birthday gift. My mother has lived 3,000 miles away for the last 22 years and she recently moved back here. I have missed several of her birthdays and I wanted to get her something really nice. Now I want to go back soon and get myself something too. And I will keep Pandora in mind for more gifts.

kaitlyn g really went out of her way. she helped me know my options and prices, she even demonstrated how the ring looks on her finger because my wife is the same size as her and that really helped get a look on how i’d see it on her. she was patient and very uplifting.
