As I had applied to work there, I will always return to the pandora in Tucson mall to continue my pandora collection! I have an interview tomorrow that I am stoked to be a part in! I love pandora and everyone who I've been a customer to has been amazing!!

Elizabeth was very nice, inviting, knowledgeable! She helped me find what I liked and needed. Very welcoming into the store for my first time

Brenda and Kaitlyn went out of their way to take care of my special circumstances regarding a broken charm. I had been to the original jewelry store where I had bought the charm last year and I had emailed Pandora customer service earlier in the month regarding this issue. Neither helped me. I was ready to stop buying Pandora jewelry, but Brenda and Kaitlyn in the Tucson mall changed my opinion. They were friendly, kind and gracious. They took care of me immediately, exchanged my broken charm with no questions asked. They restored my faith in Pandora. I bought a new charm from them as well. I wish I lived in Tucson so I could give them all of my future business.

I have been going to this store for sometime. Elizabeth had always waited on me. I make sure she is there before I go to the store. She remembers my name and makes sure customer service is above and beyond.
