When walking into Pandora I didn’t expect to make a purchase as large as I did. I knew it was a possibility... but I was there to play around and see some options. Elizabeth K helped me start my first (and second) bracelet(s). She came over to me as I was looking at the Disney charms and engaged with me with genuine interest. She provided an awesome level of customer service while getting to know me and help me find what I was looking for. It’s nice when your sales associate can laugh with you and wants to know more about you than just the sale. She helped me plan today’s purchase as well as the future steps for my bracelet. She answered all of my questions and shared her opinion. She made the purchase worth every penny. She felt like a friend -not just my Sales Associate. I will always, and preferably only, come back to her.

Great customer service

I came to the store for the new Reflexions collection. I previously purchased the bracelet and two charms on line in order to see what I thought of the new concept. I loved what I purchased and wanted to add more charms. I was greeted promptly upon entering my local Pandora store and ended up purchasing the safety chain and an additional charm. Very happy with the customer service and my new Reflexions bracelet.
