The store was just beautiful and the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was a big help to me because I was purchasing my first Pandora bracelet. The new Hocus Pocus charm is what brought me into the store and I was thrilled that it was in stock. I will definitely be buying more from Pandora!

I have not always received good service at this location but today Brenda was fantastic. She made the exchange process very easy and most important hassle-free. She made herself available to allow me to see different products and even made suggestions for me (that I will likely come in to buy). She gave me her card and I will be returning to my more products from her.

When I went to the store the ladies were very kind and willing to show what I requested. Although I would have liked to see more of the collection I chose.
