The customer service was great. The associate new exactly what she was talking about and answered all of my questions with extra detail to make sure that I fully understood what was going on and felt all my questions were answered. As well as feeing comfortable with my purchase and not pressured to buy more than what I came in for.

I purchased a charm to add to my bracelet. The sales associate offered to clean and polish my bracelet (in other stores I usually have to ask) and noticed something about the charm I did not. After pointing it out to me, she made the exchange for a different charm that was a better choice for me. She was pleasant and helpful the whole time showing me different charms along the theme I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience.
