Pandora Jewelry

I have had less than favorable experiences in the past with Pandora store, but during this past month I was shopping for a birthday gift for my wife. She has an off brand Pandora style bracelet that she doesn't wear because it is too small. My sales associate walked me thru the different sizes, different styles, and made sure I understood the return policy in case it was too big. My second visit to the store was for my wife to get a smaller size and again Brenda was amazing at helping us and didn't make me feel foolish for buying the size bracelet we needed to exchange. My wife is now wearing her bracelet and showing it off without the problem of it being too tight on her wrist.

Even though there was a long wait, the staff was really nice and reassured everyone in the store they'd be helping them. I appreciated their attentiveness with their customers. The lady who helped was also very helpful and cared about the reason I was there. She helped me a lot in purchasing an item and never insisted for me to buy something more than what I was looking for, which I appreciated.
