Even though it was during thanksgiving weekend and the store was extremely busy, a person helped me with all the questions I had right away and I was able to choose and check out really quick. She answer all of my questions, helping make a decision on what I wanted to buy.

From the moment I walked in the door to checking out I felt like I was valued as a customer. Bill greeted me at the door which was such a nice thing especially on Black Friday. I liked how I was asked to give my name and sign in. It made for such ease in shopping. No standing in line. I could walk around and look at the charms without worrying about my place in line.
